General Information **Position:** Operations Coordinator **Department:** Operations / Logistics **Reports to:** General Management / Management **Supervises:** Operational staff (warehouse personnel, drivers, assistants) 2\. Position Objective Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring inventory control and proper distribution of construction materials, guaranteeing delivery timeliness and operational order. 3\. Main Responsibilities * Coordinate daily warehouse and distribution operations * Monitor material inflows and outflows * Support inventory control (physical counts, records, organization) * Supervise proper loading and delivery of orders * Track delivery routes * Verify timely and accurate material deliveries * Report operational incidents * Support continuous process improvement * Maintain warehouse order and control 4\. Position Profile **Education:** Technical degree or completed/incomplete bachelor's degree in logistics, administration, or related field **Experience:** * **1 year of experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations** * Experience in construction materials is desirable * Basic inventory management skills **Technical Knowledge:** * Basic logistics * Inventory control * Basic/intermediate Excel * Knowledge of construction materials (e.g., cement, steel) is desirable 5\.
