The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, and has approximately 87,000 employees at more than 100 locations worldwide. **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tool Setter for our Tool Room at Aumovio's Machining Plant located in Silao de la Victoria, Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for adjusting, balancing, and maintaining various tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and precision in our production processes, as well as documentation related to these processes. * Inspect and measure rotary cutting tools to ensure compliance with specifications according to manufacturing drawings. * Read and interpret technical drawings to determine tool requirements. * Perform model changes and tool presetting according to the production plan. * Identify and resolve tool issues to minimize downtime. * Collaborate with CNC Setters, Industrial Engineers, and Quality Control personnel to optimize tool performance. * Maintain accurate records of tool changes, adjustments, and tool life cycles. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. * Manage and generate documentation for tool changes. * Control the entry and exit of cutting tools. * Handle physical and digital inventories. * Apply and comply with safety procedures and quality control standards. **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent; preferably in machine tools, production processes, or related field. * Basic proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint). * 2 to 3 years of experience as a cutting tool adjuster or in a similar role within a machining environment. * Strong ability to read and interpret technical blueprints. * Extensive knowledge of various machining processes and equipment. * Experience in tool reconditioning, calibration, and maintenance. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to use precision measuring instruments with high accuracy. * Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards. * Understanding of production workflows and processes. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement. * Familiarity with machines such as Zoller, balancers, and ultrasonic cleaning machines is preferred. **Additional Information** Ready to take your career to the next level?
