Main responsibilities: * Management and tracking of maritime operations primarily, as well as air and land operations. * Handling maritime import and export operations. * Knowledge of logistics and coordination of land transportation. * Manage documentation for maritime operations (BL). * Maintain close communication with clients regarding the status of their operations. * Ensure compliance with legal regulations and procedures in foreign trade. * Properly manage client and supplier records in the system, including creation, deletion, and updates. * Verify customs clearance status and inform clients promptly. * Prepare and review international trade documents. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in International Trade Experience in managing maritime logistics processes preferred. Intermediate level of English language proficiency Main technical requirements: Knowledge of maritime operations and documentation Knowledge of import and export operations. Knowledge of Foreign Trade regulations. Knowledge of INCOTERMS. Knowledge of land logistics and related areas. Interaction with customs agents.
