We are looking for a Quality Control Supervisor at GRUPO CHARLY * **Education:** Completed high school or Technical Degree in Footwear exclusively * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in quality control within the footwear industry. * **Knowledge:** * Footwear manufacturing processes. * Quality norms and standards. * Operation of inspection and testing equipment. * **Skills:** * Leadership and team supervision. * Attention to detail. * Effective communication. Responsibilities: * Supervise and ensure compliance with quality standards in footwear production. * Supervise the quality inspection team. * Detect and report deviations in processes and products. * Propose improvements to quality control procedures. * Ensure customer satisfaction through defect-free products.
