Drive the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement DESCRIPTION *A leading company in the manufacturing and marketing of safety footwear is seeking a* ***Quality Coordinator*** *to join its team in* ***León, Guanajuato.*** *We seek a professional with experience in the footwear industry, with a strong focus on excellence and continuous improvement of our products.* **Main Responsibilities:** * Effectively coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the quality inspection team, ensuring compliance with established standards. * Conduct thorough verification of finished products, identifying any deviations or defects that fail to meet our stringent specifications. * Detect, record, and analyze identified defects, driving the implementation and follow-up of corrective actions to prevent recurrence. * Review and validate product technical data sheets, ensuring their accuracy and conformity with customer requirements and applicable regulations. * Supervise and promote the implementation of continuous improvement processes across all production areas related to quality. **Job Requirements:** * Completed technical or engineering degree in Processes, Quality, or a related field. * Proven experience in industrial footwear manufacturing companies. **We Offer:** * Competitive monthly salary of $15,000 to $20,000 pesos, free of deductions, commensurate with experience and competencies. * Statutory benefits from the first day of employment. * Working hours: Monday to Friday. *If you are a quality-focused professional with footwear industry experience and are seeking a new professional challenge, we invite you to join us.*
