Maintenance Technician (PLASTIC & FOAM INJECTION REQUIRED)

**About the company** Hope Global is a company dedicated to manufacturing automotive parts using textiles and supplies brands such as Ford, General Motors, Cadillac, Volkswagen, Caterpillar, Mustang, among others. **Job requirements** * 3 to 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environments * Technical degree or TSU or Engineering degree preferred in maintenance. * PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN PLASTIC INJECTION MACHINES IS REQUIRED * FOAM INJECTION PROCESS KNOWLEDGE IS REQUIRED * Experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. **Technical knowledge** * Diagnosis and resolution of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures * Basic adjustment of process parameters * Interpretation of electrical and mechanical diagrams * Use of maintenance tools and measuring equipment * Knowledge of hydraulic and control systems * Diagnosis and resolution of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures * Diagnosis of common failures and replacement of critical components in foam injection machines **Additional benefits and compensation** Benefits exceeding legal requirements, plus bonuses, vouchers, transportation assistance, and cafeteria.
