A footwear manufacturing plant is seeking a **Production Manager**, a strategic leader who ensures process compliance, supervises staff, and guarantees achievement of weekly and monthly goals. If you have experience in production control, team leadership, and passion for the footwear industry, this is your opportunity. Job Objective Coordinate and supervise overall operations, ensuring established processes are executed correctly and production and performance targets are met on time and as required. This role maintains operational order, optimizes resources, and ensures efficiency across all organizational areas.
