Position Objective: Execute warehouse operations in accordance with the Certified Warehouse Procedures Manual and SGC, delivering high-quality service while contributing to customer loyalty through identification of customer needs and promotion of logistics services and tax knowledge. Required Qualifications: * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer attention and follow-up, preferably within the logistics sector. * Educational requirement: Logistics Engineering degree or related technical degree. * Minimum age: Over 23 years old. * Mandatory ERP and Microsoft Office proficiency. * SAP experience. * Full availability for a three-shift schedule; work location is an inland port zone. Your main responsibilities will include: * Attending to and serving customers regarding their requests, providing timely and accurate information. * Coordinating inventory for customer shipments with the shipping department. * Daily updating of all incoming and outgoing transactions. * Generating container label printouts for each active customer. * Reporting and managing customer-related observations with the supervisor and warehouse manager. * Entering vehicle information into the transportation platform to obtain operational performance indicators. * Immediately notifying the warehouse supervisor, warehouse manager, and customer in case of discrepancies to properly manage deviations promptly and effectively. **We Offer:** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Bonus-based compensation scheme * Weekly payroll * Savings fund * Employee transportation * Safety equipment
