Job Summary: Responsible for daily production, product quality, manufacturing efficiency, and team management, ensuring an optimal working environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the production team and improve manufacturing efficiency. 2. Ensure product quality and achieve production targets. 3. Develop and train personnel under supervision. 1\-Meet the daily production target. 2\- Follow the production plan. 3\- Ensure product quality. 4\- Develop and train subordinates. 5\- Improve manufacturing efficiency. 6\- Deliver orders on time and in full, being responsible for delivery to the finished goods warehouse. 7\- Request necessary support from relevant production and support departments to meet targets. 8\- Assign and organize work fairly and equitably, evaluating team members consistently. 9\- Resolve issues and problems arising with operators under supervision, always maintaining fair and respectful treatment. 10\- Plan, organize, and request all required materials for manufacturing with adequate lead time. 11\- Communicate the daily production plan to the work team. 12\- Maintain machinery and equipment under supervision in optimal condition. 13\- Enforce the internal work regulations. 14\- Maintain the supervised work area in optimal safety and cleanliness conditions. 15\- Request personnel from Human Resources as defined and authorized in the staffing plan.
