Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support and Infrastructure Executive to ensure the efficient operation of IT resources and data network, provide technical support, and collaborate on cybersecurity. We are seeking: **Technical Support and Infrastructure Executive** **Desirable experience of 1 to 3 years in the following areas:** * Windows, Linux, and Android operating systems administration * Operating system hardening knowledge (desirable) * Basic networking knowledge * Network subnetting * Access Point configuration * Switch configuration * Cable crimping * Preventive and corrective maintenance for: computing equipment (desktops and laptops), mobile devices, and printers. * Cybersecurity culture (desirable) Your primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient operation of IT resources and data network, as well as provide technical support to users. Additionally, you will collaborate with the cybersecurity team; your role is crucial in continuously maintaining and improving the company’s technological infrastructure. **Competencies:** Problem solving, teamwork, communication, organization, and proactivity. **Education:** Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields. **We Offer** * Competitive salary: MXN $16,000 gross per month. * Statutory benefits * 100% social security contributions * Additional benefits Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with one-hour lunch break (flexible) If you can verify your experience, apply now and join a great company.
