




**Job Description** * Provide comprehensive and humanized patient care, adhering to ethical principles and standards of biosafety, asepsis, and antisepsis. * Ensure accurate patient identification, reception, and transfer. * Carry out medical orders and administer medications safely (double-checking and adherence to safety timeframes). * Monitor and record vital signs, fall risk, and promptly detect early warning signs. * Prepare patients for laboratory and imaging tests, ensuring quality and safety in care delivery. * Assess, document, and triage fall risk upon first contact using the appropriate forms. * Carry out medical orders; clarify any uncertainties with the relevant personnel. Identify signs and symptoms of food or drug intoxication, report them, and implement appropriate interventions. * Identify abnormalities in vital sign measurements, report them, and implement appropriate interventions—for example: hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia, shock states, seizures. Schedule: 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM / With one day off per week.
