Position Summary: Logistics Analyst responsible for costing, registering, and tracking international trade goods, as well as provisioning expense accounts. Key Highlights: 1. GRUPO VEGUSA JOIN OUR GREAT TEAM! **LOGISTICS ANALYST** **Position Mission:** Cost, register, and track goods related to international trade operations—including equipment, accessories, and spare parts—based on received documentation. Additionally, provision expense accounts generated to the accounting department for their respective payments. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field. * Desirable: Knowledge of Annex 22, customs entry forms (pedimento), tax and legal costs. * Proficiency in costing and arithmetic operations. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. **Responsibilities:** * Provisioning of expense accounts generated by imports (spare parts). Provisioning of purchase invoices for payment (spare parts). * Registration and allocation of goods in the ERP system. * Reporting incomplete orders to the International Procurement Department (spare parts). * Entry and accounting of international purchase invoices in the ERP system. Tracking discrepancies and distribution of spare parts to branches (clarifications). * Supervision of arrivals of international purchases (spare parts). * Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. **We Offer:** * + Monthly gross salary of $16,169 + Statutory benefits (100% IMSS health insurance, vacation, year-end bonus, vacation premium) + Additional benefits including: Grocery vouchers, Telemedicine, Scholarship support, Discounts at partner establishments, Organizational events, and much more. **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.**
