**We are hiring!** **FUEL MANAGER** ### **Position Objective** Manage and supervise fuel efficiency across the entire Business Unit, controlling mileage and fuel consumption of units to optimize performance and prevent fuel leaks or theft. ### **Main Responsibilities** ✔ Monitor and track the use of Diesel, Gasoline, and AdBlue ✔ Supervise self-consumption and internal fueling stations ✔ Validate KM and liters for performance measurement ✔ Review documentation, receipts, and purchase orders ✔ Evaluate fueling times to improve operational efficiency ✔ Implement control mechanisms to prevent unauthorized fuel removal ✔ Schedule card loading and clearing ✔ Manage and monitor performance indicators ✔ Supervise fuel department personnel ### **Requirements** Completed Bachelor’s or Engineering degree (Administration or related field) 3+ years of experience in managerial positions Experience in fuel control (mandatory) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Leadership skills and results-oriented Experience in large companies (preferably in the transportation sector) ### **What We Offer** Gross monthly salary: 50,000 to 55,000 Benefits above legal requirements.
