ENVIRONMENTAL PROMOTER invites you to join our team as a LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR OBJECTIVE Supervise and execute the processes and resources assigned to the collection operation, complying with policies and standards to ensure quality, timeliness, and service delivered to citizens ACTIVITIES * Conduct route visits to supervise field operations. * Close routes, issue movement notifications, and use apps on time and as required. * Supervise and implement adherence to operational manuals, policies, and standards. * Implement Lean methodologies (TPM, 5S, etc.). * Plan and manage necessary resources to achieve established productivity goals. * Inspect that the entire operational and auxiliary fleet is equipped with GPS installed and functioning. * Analyze tracking of operational indicators. * Ensure information recorded across various platforms (systems) remains up to date. * Develop assigned operational human capital. Report service execution to internal/external clients. * Resolve municipal service complaints. * Address issues with personnel under supervision. * Solve vehicle availability problems. * Liaise with the union regarding operational issues.
