Physical and digital inventory control with strict compliance to regulations. **Viridiana Castro is seeking a Warehouse Manager in León, Guanajuato** ------------------------------------------------------------------- **Vacancy: Warehouse Manager** ### **Purpose of the Position** Assist in the comprehensive supervision of warehouse operations, ensuring correct receipt, storage, and dispatch of instruments, implants, and medical equipment. Guarantee full traceability of supplies and compliance with storage regulations to provide efficient support to sales and logistics departments. ### **Key Responsibilities** * **Inventory Management:** Physical and digital stock control with strict adherence to batch numbers, expiration dates, and serial numbers. * **Logistics Operations:** Supervise material inflow and outflow, as well as accurate preparation and replenishment of surgical supplies. * **Quality Control:** Monitor storage conditions. * **Document Management:** Manage delivery notes, invoices, liability letters, and incident or inventory discrepancy reports. * **Interdepartmental Collaboration:** Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical service teams for efficient equipment flow. * **Auditing:** Actively participate in internal and external audit processes. ### **Ideal Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (incomplete or completed) or Technical degree in Administration, Logistics, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in warehouse management, with strong preference for experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or medical device sectors. * **Technical Knowledge:** + Proficiency in ERP systems or specialized inventory software. + Intermediate-level Excel skills. + Familiarity with Good Storage Practices and basic health regulations. * **Driving Skills:** Valid driver’s license (Type A), with ability to operate standard and automatic vehicles in urban and highway settings. * **Soft Skills:** High sense of urgency, honesty, orderliness, conflict resolution capability, and excellent communication skills. ### **Offer Details and Conditions** * **Work Location:** Guanajuato and Querétaro. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:00 hrs.
