Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineer to lead plant management and ensure product excellence at Rotoplas, with a focus on compliance with international standards. Key Highlights: 1. Lead plant management and ensure product quality 2. Manage quality objectives in Rotomolding, Blow Molding, and Injection Molding 3. Administer the Integrated Management System (ISO) Quality Engineer at Rotoplas (León, Gto.) · Are you passionate about operational excellence and compliance with international standards? At Rotoplas, we are looking for a Quality Engineer to lead the management of our plants and ensure that every product reaches our customers with the highest quality. What will be your challenge? Manage quality objective compliance across Rotomolding, Blow Molding, and Injection Molding plants. Administer the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018). Lead the Receiving Inspection area and the quality laboratory. Coordinate and provide feedback to a team of 8 quality auditors. Identify and lead problem resolution using methodologies such as 8D and VOCA. Perform product and material testing according to applicable standard requirements. Maintain control of non-conforming products. What are we looking for? Education: Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years in industrial quality areas and plastic handling preferred. Knowledge: Core Tools, Metrology, SAP, and ISO standards.
