Position Summary: Manage and lead the programming department to achieve objectives and optimize resources by planning and scheduling production demand. Key Highlights: 1. Manage process indicators and strategic decision-making PRODUCTION PROGRAMMING COORDINATOR OBJECTIVE: Manage and lead the programming department to achieve objectives; make strategic decisions enabling the organization to optimize its resources. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Effectively plan and schedule demand in accordance with production capacity. 2. Analyze sales budgets and scheduling. 3. Manage process indicators corresponding to the programming department. 4. Manage and make decisions regarding production planning and scheduling. 5. Conduct analysis and requirements assessment of installed manufacturing capacity to meet product demand. 6. Attend to customers (product planning). 7. Identify opportunities for improvement in planning and scheduling. REQUIREMENTS: Industrial Engineering or related field. EXPERIENCE: Production planning and scheduling, personnel management, supplier negotiation (2 years preferred). KNOWLEDGE: Footwear production processes, Office software suite (advanced Excel), methodologies (probability and statistics).
