**Position:** Intern / Adhesive Laboratory Technician
**Level:** Recent graduate or student in final semesters
**Position Objective**
Support adhesive laboratory activities through sample preparation, analysis, and evaluation, ensuring compliance with procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
**Functions and Responsibilities**
* Assist in the **preparation and formulation of adhesives** according to established instructions and procedures.
* Perform **physical and chemical tests** (viscosity, adhesion, drying, resistance, etc.).
* Record test results in laboratory **forms and logbooks**.
* Support **quality control** of raw materials and finished products.
* Maintain laboratory **order, cleanliness, and safety**.
* Prepare equipment, materials, and reagents for tests and assays.
* Assist in **basic calibration** and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
* Follow **safety, hygiene**, and PPE usage regulations.
* Support laboratory administrative tasks as required.
* Collaborate with the technical team on improvement or development projects
**Requirements**
**Education:**
* Technician or recent graduate in fields such as:
* Chemistry
* Chemical Engineering
* Industrial Chemistry
* Laboratory Technician
* **Experience:**
* Not mandatory (laboratory internship or social service experience preferred).
* **Basic Knowledge:**
* Basic handling of laboratory equipment
* Fundamental chemistry concepts
* Basic Excel or digital record-keeping skills
Salary: Starting at $500\.00 per day
