Job stability and growth opportunity CNC PROGRAMMER / OPERATOR The candidate will be responsible for developing and operating CNC programs, optimizing machining processes, and ensuring the precision and quality of manufactured molds. ## Main Responsibilities * CNC machine programming. * Interpretation of mechanical drawings and tolerances. * Development and adjustment of machining programs. * Selection of cutting tools, speeds, and cutting parameters. * Manufacturing and fitting of mold components. * Dimensional verification using measuring instruments. * Optimization of machining time and reduction of rework. * Technical support. * Compliance with quality and safety standards. ## Requirements * Preferred: Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a technical program in Tooling and Machining. * 3–5 years of experience in CNC programming and operation. * Experience with molds for rubber vulcanization, polyurethane, and plastic injection molding. * Knowledge of measuring tools. * Proficiency in CAM/CAD software. ## We Offer * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Growth opportunity. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – Technological High School Diploma 3 years of experience Keywords: developer, desarrollador, operator, operario, operator
