We're looking for a Talent and Training Assistant\*\_ We are a company with experience transforming the footwear industry by combining advanced technology, traditional craftsmanship, and a strong commitment to sustainability, and we are seeking someone committed to human talent development. **Main responsibilities…** * Support recruitment and selection processes for both operational and administrative staff. * Apply effective talent attraction techniques. * Use digital and psychometric tools to assess candidate profiles. * Ensure proper documentation process for new employee onboarding (operational and administrative levels). * Guarantee and manage the company, position, and organizational culture induction process (*onboarding*). * Validate the job-person fit evaluation process and program. * Assist in evaluating and delivering results of the Work Environment Climate survey. * Support the implementation of NOM-035. * Active involvement and key participation in event committees. * Commit to and ensure compliance with the 5 `S program. * Collaborate on internal training programs and organizational development initiatives. **What we're looking for in you:** * Proven experience in recruiting and selecting both operational and administrative personnel. * Knowledge of modern recruitment techniques, tools, and training theories. * Background in HR or specialization in recruitment and selection. * Proactive, organized attitude with a results-oriented focus. **Work schedule and location:** · Col.
