Opportunity to work in quality control with diverse functions and systems. **Position: Quality Auditor (León, Mexico)** ---------------------------------------------- At **Rotoplas**, a leading company in "more and better water" solutions, we are looking for a detail-oriented and excellence-driven professional to join our Quality team at the León unit. ### **What will be your purpose?** You will be responsible for ensuring the conformity of our products through rigorous raw material inspections, process monitoring (injection, assembly, extrusion, rotational molding, and blow molding), and finished product shipment audits. ### **Your main responsibilities:** * **Quality Control in SAP:** Release or block products within the SAP system. * **Floor Inspection:** Conduct machine startups, first-piece inspections, and in-process product follow-up per technical specifications. * **Non-Conforming Product Management:** Identify, record, and disposition non-conforming products, with authority to halt machines if necessary. * **Audits:** Execute process, product, and shipment audits. * **Rejection Management:** Record and communicate rejections of both raw materials and finished products. * **Technical Testing:** Perform tests on in-process, finished, and developmental products. ### **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * **Education:** Technical degree (preferred) in production, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in plastic injection or construction industry (preferred). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in measurement instruments and quality tools (Seven Basic Tools). * Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001\. * 5S methodology. * Proficiency in Office/Google Apps suite; SAP knowledge is preferred. * **Skills:** Initiative, organization, time management, and data-driven decision-making ability. ### **Additional Requirements:** * **Schedule Availability:** Must be available to **rotate shifts** (morning, afternoon, and night). ### **Key Competencies:** * Teamwork and adaptability. * Passion for results and continuous improvement. * Effective communication and customer loyalty focus.
