IMMEDIATE HIRING ***\* PAYROLL MANAGER ***\* Education: Technical degree in accounting, Public Accountant, LAE or related field Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll and benefits calculation, managing approximately 1,000 employees with weekly and biweekly pay periods Main Responsibilities * Payroll budget management and control * Payroll incident processing (hires, terminations, modifications) * Payroll deductions entry (INFONAVIT, FONACOT, PENSIONS) * Calculation of statutory employee benefits (vacations, vacation bonus, Sunday premium, Christmas bonus, etc.) * Payroll receipt stamping and XML generation * Monthly income closing * Calculation of voluntary settlements, contract terminations * Printing, organizing, and sending of payroll and benefit receipts Proficiency in Excel, Word, PDF, and email applications Job Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site position
