Job Summary: This position seeks a Payroll Analyst to accurately and promptly execute and verify payroll calculation, administration, and disbursement, ensuring legal compliance and employee satisfaction. Our purpose is to become a leading silver producer that creates value for our shareholders by discovering, developing, and operating our mines sustainably. **Job Purpose:** To accurately and promptly execute and verify the calculation, administration, and disbursement of payroll for six group companies, ensuring compliance with applicable legal regulations, internal policies of each company, and employee satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Process weekly and biweekly payroll according to information provided by each company, accounting for salaries, bonuses, overtime, statutory deductions, and withholdings. * Verify that payroll accounting records match those recorded in Accounting per each company. * Verify new employee onboarding records for system payroll registration and submission to IMSS. * Address notifications regarding discrepancies in monthly IMSS payments. * Compare data recorded in SUA (Sistema Único de Autodeterminación) and IMSS. * Confirm and follow up on worker registrations on the INFONAVIT website. * Resolve INFONAVIT payment discrepancies and track resolution for each group company. * Download monthly FONACOT deduction issuances for payroll application. * Validate bimonthly INFONAVIT and monthly FONACOT discount factor updates for payroll application. * Perform monthly payroll accruals for each company. * Verify compliance with applicable labor and tax laws (e.g., ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.) per jurisdiction. * Manage tax obligation payments. * Receive unit-submitted data and validate absences, disabilities, vacations, and overtime. * Coordinate with Treasury for payroll disbursement. * Generate weekly and biweekly payroll cost reports and records for Accounting. * Prepare documentation for internal and external audits. * Maintain up-to-date personal and contractual employee information in payroll systems. * Review, validate, and stamp travel expense claims for personnel of each company. * Maintain confidentiality of payroll information for employees of Endeavour México group companies. * The activities listed herein are indicative, not exhaustive, of the role. **REQUIREMENTS:** Experience: • 3 years of experience in payroll, preferably within industrial or mining companies, with experience using payroll systems (e.g., CONTPAQ, SAP, Supernómina). Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; coursework or certification in payroll management and labor law is desirable.
