Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant / Accounting Clerk with experience in tax and payroll calculation, and strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, to join a dynamic team. Opportunities for professional growth in a collaborative environment. We are looking for an Accounting Assistant / Accounting Clerk to work at M&A CONSULTORES DE NEGOCIOS S.C. We seek a candidate with experience in tax and payroll calculation, as well as accounting. Record income, expense, and journal entries; prepare bank reconciliations; clean up accounting accounts; perform month-end and year-end closings; generate interim and annual reports; prepare and/or review CFDIs; determine and/or file provisional and final tax payments; determine and/or file the annual tax return; carry out transactions with SAT via portal and/or in person; respond to requests from tax authorities; calculate Worker-Employer Contributions; calculate and/or file Workers’ Risk Insurance Premium; determine and file payroll tax; prepare payroll and pay slips. Carry out treasury transactions via portal and/or in person; perform administrative, secretarial, and client service functions. The position requires analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate strong capability to work both on-site and remotely. The candidate is expected to assist in preparing tax returns, calculating payroll, and maintaining accounting records.
