We invite you to join our team in the position of: **Construction Resident \- Superstructures.** **Requirements:** Civil Engineer or Architect (degree required). Willingness to travel (required). Experience in bridges (Superstructures \- required) Experience in highway projects. **General Responsibilities:** Responsible for supervising and coordinating construction work across various involved areas or defined work fronts to comply with project schedules and/or specifications, coordinating work with subcontractors. Manages material resources to achieve maximum construction productivity; monitors that each project is executed according to established schedules as well as applicable laws, regulations, and environmental standards, with the goal of delivering high-quality construction. 1\. Reviews and validates preliminary payroll. 2\. Reviews and validates piecework payments. 3\. Reviews and validates weekly on-site payments (royalties). 4\. Delivers royalty payment documentation to the Administrative Assistant. 5\. Reviews payments for rented machinery.
