Position Summary: ALTEX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with experience in personnel management, inventory control, and compliance with quality regulations for perishable products. Key Highlights: 1. Manages team compliance with SQF, CTPAT, and BPMS requirements. 2. Validates forklift operator and auditor performance, and WMS usage. 3. Responsible for total inventory, inventory accuracy, and strategies. At **ALTEX**, we are looking for your talent to fill the position of: * **WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR:** ***Requirements:*** * Education: Engineering or Bachelor’s degree. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse supervision or as a warehouse specialist. * Experience managing personnel. * SAP and WMS knowledge. * Knowledge of Monitoring and Verification of CCPs. * Knowledge of Finished Product Transportation and Delivery. * Experience in warehouses handling perishable products. * Knowledge and certification in HACCP, FSMA, SQF, and Food Defense. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices for Food. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and statistics. * Availability for shift work. ***Responsibilities:*** * Manage team compliance with SQF, CTPAT, and BPMS work requirements. * Validate proper execution and compliance of forklift operators’ and auditors’ activities. * Validate correct WMS utilization via KPIs and work order creation. * Manage total inventory and maintain physical and virtual CPC inventory accuracy. * Participate in full and partial inventories. * Supply product for free use to repackaging operations. * Safeguard, maintain accuracy, and ensure availability of frozen product and packaging material inventories. * Update and comply with procedures and forms in NCW2\.0. * Implement work strategies established by the department head. * Design, assign, and review work plans for administrative and operational staff under supervision. * Manage inventory sampling and plant-wide general inventories. * Design and ensure implementation of the plant loading/unloading shipping plan. * Design and ensure implementation of strategies for supplying packaging materials and frozen goods to production. * Develop and manage action plans based on departmental KPIs. ***We Offer:*** * Direct employment contract with the company. * 100% IMSS registration. * Progressive Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo Creciente). * Vacation days in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT). * 25% vacation premium. * INFONAVIT and FONACOT benefits. * Voluntary savings fund. * 6% savings fund contribution. * Grocery vouchers. * Life insurance. * Profit-sharing distribution (PTU), provided the company generates profits. * Subsidized cafeteria service. * Bereavement support. * On-site medical services. ***Location:*** * San Cristóbal locality (Rancho Fox), beyond León Industrial City, Gto.
