




Position Summary: Nuxiba is seeking a Multichannel, Multimedia, and AI Solutions Engineer with a technological focus and technical support expertise for Call Center operations. At **Nuxiba**, a leading company in software and telecommunications solutions, we are looking for a **Multichannel, Multimedia, and AI Solutions Engineer** with a strong technological orientation, strategic vision, and technical support knowledge for Call Center operations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in Computer Systems, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field. * 1–2 years of experience in technical support with an AI focus. * Linux proficiency (Ubuntu, Debian, Rocky Linux). * Experience with FreeSWITCH, Kamailio (desirable). * Knowledge of SMS and WhatsApp Business services. * **Experience in designing and tuning AI conversational flows (mandatory).** * Knowledge of cloud platform and infrastructure monitoring. * Interest in and knowledge of customer-centric process automation. * Strong analytical ability, initiative, and consulting skills. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor the proper operation of services such as SMS, WhatsApp, AI bots, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, and internal platforms. * Identify deviations, outages, or anomalous behavior and act proactively. * Provide first- and second-level technical and functional support. * Design, tune, and maintain AI prompts. * Create and adapt AI-powered conversational flows according to customer needs. * Propose and develop automations for internal or customer-facing processes to reduce time and errors. * Prepare technical and functional reports aimed at optimizing processes and solutions. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Monday to Friday **(ON-SITE, MUST RESIDE IN LEÓN, GTO)**. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. * Professional development in AI and telecommunications technologies. * Work location: Hilario Medina, León, Gto.
