




We are seeking: Bar Manager **Job Objective**: Coordinate and supervise the overall business operations, ensuring a high-quality experience for customers; compliance with internal policies; and business profitability. **Responsibilities:** \* Supervise business opening, daily operations, and closing procedures \* Ensure quality of customer service and proper service delivery \* Resolve customer complaints, conflicts, or special situations \* Ensure staff adherence to schedules and job responsibilities \* Review daily revenue, cash register closings, and cash audits \* Supervise inventory of beverages, supplies, and equipment \* Authorize purchase requisitions and coordinate orders \* Supervise facility presentation, cleanliness, and orderliness \* Coordinate events, promotions, and customer attraction strategies **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Gastronomy, or related field Experience: 3 years as manager of food and beverage establishments Knowledge: Food and beverage establishment operations, personnel management, leadership, inventory control, cost management Skills: Leadership, customer service orientation, ability to work under pressure, organizational skills, effective communication Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
