




Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and organized Human Resources Intern eager to learn, to support the Training and Development department in various administrative and logistical activities. Excellent work environment We are looking for a Human Resources Intern with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent organizational skills, and great enthusiasm for learning, primarily focused on supporting our Training and Development department. Your main responsibilities will include: • Logistical support: Coordination and preparation of training rooms, materials, and coffee breaks for training courses. • Administrative control: Attendance registration, collection of course evaluations, and updating of training files. • Indicator management: Assistance in populating databases and preparing monthly departmental reports. • Internal communication: Supporting the dissemination of course announcements to staff. • General support: Assisting the Human Resources team with exceptional administrative tasks. Required Profile: • Education (Mandatory): Currently enrolled in the final semesters of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Management, or a related field in Human Resources. • Schedule: Availability to work 6 hours daily in the morning. • Technical tools (Mandatory): Proficient use of PCs and Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel (database management, filters, basic/intermediate formulas). • Soft skills: Excellent service attitude, proactivity, organization, punctuality, and strong verbal communication skills.
