Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechatronics Engineer with leadership and organizational skills to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance in a plastic manufacturing company. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on quality (ISO 9001) and optimization A prominent plastic industry company located in León, Guanajuato, is currently seeking a technically skilled professional with strong leadership and organizational capabilities to join its maintenance team. Required Profile Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering (degree completion is mandatory). Age: 28 years or older (preferred). Language: Advanced English proficiency. Software: Advanced Excel proficiency. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic manufacturing companies, with solid knowledge in mechanics, electronics (440V and 220V circuits, control circuits), and interpretation of diagrams. Additional Requirement: Must own a car or motorcycle. Job Responsibilities Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance based on scheduled plans. Monitor interventions performed by external vendors. Manage and meet administrative performance indicators for the department. Control inventory of tools and spare parts (including purchase decision-making). Comply with the quality management system (ISO 9001). Calculate average time between repairs and failures. Maintain machinery change history and generate work order reports. Train and coach staff (including recordkeeping and documentation). Desired Skills High energy level and proactivity. Negotiation and decision-making abilities. Working Conditions Monthly Salary: $20,000 to $25,000 net (tax-free, depending on experience). Benefits: IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation, and year-end bonus (available starting from the first month). Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch break). Saturdays: Availability as required.
