




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of IT systems by addressing incidents, performing maintenance, and providing technical support and training on new technologies, including AI. Opportunity to train on AI Copilot and digital tools. **Job Objective:** Ensure operational continuity of the company’s IT systems through efficient incident resolution, preventive and corrective maintenance of computing equipment, software and network support, training on new technologies (including AI Copilot), and implementation of IT security and cybersecurity measures. **Main Responsibilities:** **1\.** **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance** * Perform diagnostics, cleaning, and updates on computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. * Track recurring incidents to prevent critical failures. * Document maintenance logs. **2\.** **End-User Technical Support** * Respond to support requests regarding hardware, software, internet, and internal networks. * Configure and support printing devices, email, videoconferencing, and enterprise applications. * Resolve connectivity and compatibility issues. **3\.** **Programming and Software** * Provide support for installation, configuration, and updating of business software. * Assist with minor programming tasks or application customization. * Collaborate with the development team on system testing and validation. **4\.** **Training on AI Copilot and Digital Tools** * Design and deliver internal training on using Copilot and AI applied to work tasks. * Develop practical user manuals or guides for technological tools. **5\.** **IT Security and Cybersecurity** * Implement and monitor security policies (passwords, access controls, backups). * Detect and respond to digital security incidents. * Coordinate installation of antivirus software, firewalls, and access controls. **6\.** **Network and Systems Management** * Configure routers, switches, and wireless access points. * Monitor network performance and basic server infrastructure. * Manage users and permissions within internal systems. **Profile** **Academic Qualifications:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. **Technical Knowledge:** * Hardware, software, printers, and networks. * Windows/Linux operating systems. * IT security protocols. * Support for AI tools (Copilot, **Experience:** * 2–4 years in technical support, equipment maintenance, networking, and cybersecurity. **Competencies** * Problem-solving. * Internal customer orientation. * Teamwork. * Technological adaptability. * Clear and instructional communication. **We Offer:** * Weekly salary. * Statutory benefits.
