Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary: This role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, and general hospital maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on various equipment. 2. Proposes service improvement initiatives to optimize operations. 3. Supervises and prioritizes maintenance requests submitted by departments. Responsibilities: * Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning (preventive), and general maintenance. * Proposes improvement initiatives to optimize service activities. * Availability to respond to emergencies regardless of the time they occur. * Maintains equipment and workplace in orderly condition, reporting any anomalies. * Organizes, prioritizes, and supervises maintenance requests from various departments. * Receives work orders (corrective maintenance requests) submitted by various departments. * Inspects and supervises hospital facilities. Working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday; weekends off—one Saturday or Sunday off per week, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Education:** * Completed high school diploma (Preferred) **Experience:** * Maintenance: 1 year (Required) * General maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment Position type: Full-time Salary: $10,606.04 per month Education: * Completed high school diploma (Preferred) Experience: * Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) * General maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
