This role will be critical in **analyzing, reconciling, and generating operational information reports**, ensuring data accuracy, timely delivery, and continuous improvement in billing and analytical processes. **What profile are we seeking?** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Information Technology, Data Analysis, Systems Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience handling data, performing analysis, and creating dashboards. * Data interpretation skills. * **Prior experience in similar roles within call center sectors (preferred but not mandatory)** * Advanced Excel proficiency * Data analysis and generation of proposals for decision-makers. * Python (desirable but not mandatory) * R\+ (desirable but not mandatory) * On-site availability is **mandatory** (fully on-site position) **What are the responsibilities of the Data Analyst?** * Analyze historical and operational outreach data to identify real opportunities for improvement. * Analyze spam patterns using artificial intelligence, ANI wear-out, blocks, and low contact rates to generate technical and preventive recommendations. * Detect behavioral patterns (timing, campaigns, ANIs, portfolios, attempts). * Evaluate the impact of operational changes through before/after comparisons. * Implement and maintain interactive dashboards with key contact and operational behavior metrics. * Propose adjustments to dialing plans or operations based on analysis of historical and real-time data. * Report automation * Generate periodic executive reports with key findings, recommendations, and clear metrics for decision-making. * Validate the integrity, consistency, and origin of the data used. **What do we offer?** * Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM * Salary as stated, gross, commensurate with experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, 30% vacation premium) * **Work location: Hilario Medina, León, Gto.
