DECOTEX, a company dedicated to selling upholstery supplies and fabrics, is seeking: **Branch Manager** We are looking for a person with **leadership, results-oriented mindset, and organizational skills**. This position requires someone who supervises operations, monitors team activities, and maintains administrative control of the branch—remaining closely engaged with daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. *Main responsibilities:* ✔ Supervise the branch’s daily operations. ✔ Achieve and monitor sales and growth targets. ✔ Conduct inventory counts, place orders, and manage merchandise replenishment. ✔ Supervise product receipt: quality, weight, expiration dates, and condition. ✔ Coordinate, lead, and monitor the work team. ✔ Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper product display. ✔ Resolve operational issues and ensure service continuity. ✔ Implement and ensure compliance with internal processes. ✔ Provide customer service and support. ✔ Resolve conflicts among staff or customers. ✔ Maintain brand standards and objectives. *Requirements:* \- Completed high school diploma (a bachelor’s degree—either incomplete or completed—is preferred). \- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager, Store Supervisor, or Team Leader. \- Mandatory experience in retail/commerce. \- Experience in inventory and order management. \- Proven experience leading work teams. \- Accustomed to working toward goals and measurable results. SALARY: **$10,000–$12,000 NET MONTHLY** (BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS) WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 8:50 AM–7:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:50 AM–3:00 PM; Sundays off.
