




We are seeking a results-oriented professional with leadership skills and in-depth technological expertise to join our ICT department. Manage systems, technological infrastructure, ICT projects, and activities following best practices, ensuring information security, process optimization, technological efficiency, and strategic support across the entire organization. **Requirements** **Education** * Degree in Systems Engineering and/or Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Computer Science, or related field (Mandatory). **Required Knowledge** * Server administration (HPE). * Technological infrastructure: virtual machines (Hyper\-V), networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN), cabling (UTP, fiber optic), devices such as computers, printers, access points, switches, routers, and firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet), operating systems (Windows, Windows Server), database management systems (SQL Server), telephone systems (Grandstream), CCTV systems, intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS), etc. * ICT services (Active Directory, hosting, email, corporate antivirus, identity and access management, printing, business applications (CRM, ERP, MRP, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.), etc.). * Technical support and assistance. * Preventive and corrective maintenance. * Backups (local, cloud-based, or both). * Network-attached storage (NAS) (on Windows Server and/or Synology NAS). * Information security, Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP); TISAX certification is desirable but not mandatory. * ICT asset inventory management. **Experience** * Minimum of 3 years in a similar position. * Experience in technological infrastructure and technology projects. * Experience in information systems (CRM, ERP, MRP), basic accounting concepts, technological automation, and AI is desirable. **Competencies** * Leadership * Results orientation * Innovation and continuous improvement * Teamwork * Planning and organizational skills * Effective communication * Analytical thinking **Responsibilities** * Manage technological infrastructure. * Administer identities and access for business applications (CRM, ERP, MRP, Microsoft Office, Microsoft 365, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). * Provide technical support, training, and user assistance. * Administer and manage preventive and corrective maintenance. * Administer and manage backups for the entire technological infrastructure. * Administer and manage network-attached storage. * Manage information security. * Implement information security policies and procedures. * Manage ICT asset inventory. * Procure and provide hardware, software, and services according to user needs and activities. * Ensure compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and Occupational Health and Safety regulations. * Lead and oversee ICT projects from initiation through to closure.
