Prepare supplier payment schedules according to due dates. Print transfers sent by the Management department via WhatsApp. Request from the Purchasing department the daily transfer receipts and cash purchase invoices. Record each payment in the Volvo system to update the supplier portfolio. Dispense cash authorized by Purchasing and other departments, provided with proper authorization documentation. Receive expense documentation in accordance with established policies. (e.g., invoices, signatures, authorizations, warehouse receipts) Prepare a summary report of cash recovery, separating tax-related items from internal ones. Receive from the Valuation department via Excel the supplies list with clearly defined characteristics for spare parts quotations related to incidents. Obtain spare parts quotations from corresponding suppliers. Maintain an electronic file categorized by truck type and brand, including collected data and prices. Return the electronic file with gathered information to Valuation and Purchasing, which will serve as the basis for future purchases. Identify all account statement disbursements by supplier, including invoice details. Separately identify and classify Fixed Asset entries. Separately identify and classify Construction Advance entries. Investigate 100% of disbursements and report them. Send properly labeled disbursement files to the External Accountant.
