Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Coordinator to manage expenses, financial statements, taxes, and payroll, collaborating with accounting teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitors expenses and manages petty cash receipts. 2. Prepares monthly financial statements and tax returns. 3. Calculates severance payments and/or liquidations, and issues payment complements. Act as liaison for suppliers to reconcile any billing discrepancies. Calculate and issue customer invoices. Match invoices with purchase orders. Calculate and record expenses. Record and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable daily. Track bank deposits and manage deposit transfers. Periodically update detailed reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts. Additions, deletions, and movements in SUA and IDSE systems. Update monthly tax status certification. Download positive opinions from IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT. Collaborate with accounting and payroll teams to ensure all payroll deductions and activities comply with weekly and biweekly payroll laws, including electronic stamping. Accounting Skills 2 years of experience working in accounts payable and accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll and payroll reports, payments, and SAT and SATEG compliance.
