This is your opportunity. * Position located in Atizapán, State of Mexico. * Salary range: $17,000 to $19,000 monthly, based on qualifications. * **BACHELOR’S DEGREE OR ENGINEERING DEGREE REQUIRED.** * **ADVANCED ENGLISH PROFICIENCY IS REQUIRED AND MUST BE VERIFIABLE (SPEAKING, READING, AND WRITING); THIS IS A DETERMINING FACTOR IN CANDIDATE SELECTION.** * Maximum age limit: 40 years. * Verifies proper receipt and dispatch of goods in the warehouse. * Reviews and executes merchandise return authorizations. * Executes outbound operations, load volumes, and consolidated shipments. * Complies with and enforces company policies and procedures. * Implements SOP system in the warehouse. * Warehouse administration. * Development and management of KPIs. * Establishes close communication with customers and suppliers. * Reports all warehouse-related matters directly to General Management, the Manager, and the Group. * Defines and analyzes opportunities, measures, improves, and controls performance—always aiming for the primary objective: customer satisfaction. * Eliminates errors throughout the inbound-to-outbound cycle. * Possesses and applies knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding proper handling and shipment of materials, including related requirements. * Ensures functional and efficient operations. * Maintains a healthy work environment with staff, featuring ongoing training, feedback, communication, and job satisfaction. * Maintains constant communication with HR. * Adheres to the annual budget, prepares the annual budget, analyzes variances, and corrects errors. * Keeps the warehouse in optimal condition, implements new layout proposals, verifies proper use and maintenance of machinery, inspects equipment, reports issues, and generates repair and replacement orders.
