Job Summary: This position focuses on ensuring packaging quality by conducting inspections, tests, and managing solutions for customer rejections. Key Points: 1. Ensure packaging quality according to customer requirements 2. Conduct visual inspections and quality tests on packaging 3. Propose corrective actions for tracking returns PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Ensure packaging meets the quality required by the customer 2\. Accurately complete logbooks 3\. Provide immediate resolution to customer rejections PRIMARY JOB ACTIVITIES: 1\. Visual inspection of packaging 2\. Perform weight, drop, leakage, and texture tests on packaging 3\. Complete logbooks 4\. Release packaging 5\. Bag packaging 6\. Review material rejected by the customer 7\. Propose corrective actions together with the Quality Manager for tracking returns.
