The Experiences position is responsible for customer interaction and ensuring their experience is the coolest at Aldea. We seek a creative leader who becomes the customers’ BFF, embraces challenges, makes important decisions, analyzes data, designs satisfaction surveys, prepares reports, and handles all aspects of the customer journey. You will manage end-to-end planning of premium events, procurement, customer ticket tracking and resolution, possess Excel proficiency including formula knowledge, maintain smooth relationships with vendors, demonstrate kindness, design internal communication posts, and drive engagement.
