This is not an ordinary dispatch position; you will be the strategic lead responsible for supervising fuel supply, managing driver fuel vouchers, and ensuring precise control of our fleet’s most critical resource. \#\# What Will You Do With Us? (Your Key Responsibilities) As a Dispatch Supervisor, your duties will focus on administrative and operational control within the operations yard: * **Voucher Management and Control:** Reviewing, assigning, and validating fleet drivers’ fuel vouchers. * **Supply Supervision:** Monitoring correct diesel dispensing to vehicles, ensuring exact alignment with trip records. * **Inventory Auditing:** Daily logging in logbooks of tank levels, tanker deliveries, and fuel withdrawals (zero leaks, full control). * **Driver Support:** Validating and assisting fifth-wheel drivers during their loading process in the yard. \#\#\# What Profile Are We Seeking? * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in warehouse/inventory control, trip settlements, yard supervision, or fuel dispatch (logistics-focused). * **Skills:** Unwavering honesty, firm character to enforce procedures, solid basic math skills, and report completion proficiency. * **Personal Logistics (Mandatory):** Own transportation or ability to commute independently to **Eje 122 in the Industrial Zone of SLP** (the company does not provide employee transportation). \#\# Available Shifts (Fixed Afternoon/Night Shifts) * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday (rest day is typically Sunday, but may rotate if operations require it). * **Available Fixed Shifts:** * Afternoon: **3:00 PM to 10:00 PM** * Night: **10:00 PM to 6:00 AM** \#\# What We Offer You (The Engine of Your Well-being!) * **Base Salary:** **$11,200 MXN gross per month**. * **Outstanding Overtime Scheme:** Boost your income significantly!
