Management: * Develop the Annual Work Plan for the department. * Design, improve, and monitor departmental processes, procedures, and policies. * Preparation of reports (Personnel roster with earnings). Payments: * Approval and execution of payments: PTU, salary adjustments, Christmas bonus, regular payrolls, year-end payrolls, bonuses, and compensations. Personnel Management: * Design of organizational climate questionnaire. * Analysis and presentation of organizational climate results. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting * Age between 35 and 50 years * 3 years of prior experience in Human Resources department * Knowledge of processes: Recruitment, Termination, payroll preparation and payments, training. * Experience in leading work teams. * Experience with payroll systems and payment schemes (preferably NOI). **WE OFFER:** * Attractive gross monthly salary $30,000.00 * Work schedule Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm * Statutory benefits. * Weekly payments. * Uniforms. * Career growth within the company. **LOCATION:** Plaza de la Paz #102, Puerto Interior, Silao.
