Wear required personal protective equipment 100% of the time. Understand and provide feedback to upstream and downstream workstations regarding product defects and conditions. Perform TPM & crane checklist at the station. Ensure their workstation complies with 5S standards. Always follow rules and instructions provided by their team leader or production supervisor. Fully comply with all defined operational processes, scrap reporting, non-conforming material, near miss reporting, continuous improvement, etc. Report any anomalies occurring in their process or identified at their workstation to the production supervisor.
