




Position Summary: We are seeking a technical support specialist for CONTPAQi systems, with a strong focus on customer service and continuous self-directed learning. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote technical support and consulting for CONTPAQi systems. 2. Ongoing training and certification in CONTPAQi products. 3. Development of skills in network configuration and equipment formatting. Job Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to various companies. 2. Train end users. 3. Deliver on-site and remote advisory services for CONTPAQi systems to businesses. 4. Continuously pursue self-directed learning and attend training courses offered by the CONTPAQi brand. 5. Obtain official certifications. 6. Perform equipment formatting and network configuration. Profile: Education: High school diploma or technical vocational training (non-degree holders). Technical Competencies: Full equipment formatting process, network configuration, general technical support. (Digital marketing design knowledge is desirable.) Soft Skills: Strong interest in self-study to remain up-to-date (mandatory), teamwork aligned with goals or objectives, empathy toward colleagues and clients, self-assessment ability, logical reasoning capacity. Job Requirements: Initiative, positive attitude, teamwork, frustration tolerance, results orientation, solution identification, and, most importantly, service-oriented mindset. Additional Contributions to the Role: Strong writing and spelling proficiency, professional presence. Offer: · Base salary: $5,000 MXN biweekly, plus monthly incentives based on service delivery. · Statutory benefits. · Location: León, Guanajuato. · Schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break; Monday to Friday. · Saturday Schedule: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM; two Saturdays per month.
