The purpose of our Call Center Agent is to provide friendly, timely, and accurate telephone information about all services offered, including credit card sales, support for modules and travel agencies, package status, schedules, loyalty programs, and pricing, as well as collecting complaints and suggestions, billing reports, and tourism-related inquiries. Some of the challenges you will face include: 1.- Providing information on schedules, costs, trip duration, tourism, and general company information within your scope. 2.- Handling calls from modules, travel agencies, and individual customers for ticket sales. 3.- Handling general complaint and suggestion calls from all customers.
