At least 6 months of experience as a Technical Support professional. Job Responsibilities: Planning of on-site technical support visits. Operating system updates, installations, and replacements at point-of-sale locations. Equipment updates and installations at point-of-sale locations. Peripheral installation and support. Diagnosis and resolution of internet connection failures, including reporting to service providers. CCTV installation and support. Installation and support of telecommunications equipment (router, switch, access point). Preventive maintenance of installed devices. Recording all activities in the mobile app. Required Knowledge: Basic networking knowledge. Hardware repair. Daily software and hardware user support. At the server level: maintaining server hardware and software, including maintenance and monitoring of their integration with the network (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.), as well as proper configuration of network services provided by servers.
