What We Expect From You * Interest and aptitude for B2B sales (construction companies, hardware stores, painters, contractors, etc.). * Proactivity, professional appearance, and a results-oriented attitude. * Autonomy: self-management of schedule and customer follow-up. * Sales experience (preferably in paints, coatings, or construction materials). Key Responsibilities * Promote and sell Dicolor’s paint and coating product lines. * Visit prospective customers within your territory (retail stores, construction firms, workshops, professional painters). * Prepare quotations, close sales, and conduct post-sale follow-up. * Expand your client portfolio and maintain strong business relationships. * Submit weekly sales performance reports. Your Income Potential Our successful commission-based representatives earn between $20,000 and $60,000 MXN monthly, depending on performance and sales volume. There is no income ceiling: the more you sell, the more you earn.
