




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in drawing interpretation, planning, scheduling, cost control, construction management, and site safety to coordinate pre-design and construction phases. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive construction project management experience. 2. Proficiency in planning and organization for pre-design and construction phases. 3. Strong ability to interpret architectural drawings and regulatory standards. 1\- INTERPRETATION OF ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL, MEP, AND SPECIALTY DRAWINGS; URBAN REGULATIONS; CONSTRUCTION PLANNING; MS PROJECT SCHEDULING; COST ESTIMATION, BUDGETING, AND CONSTRUCTION CONTROL; CONSTRUCTION PROCESSES AND STRUCTURAL SYSTEMS; CONTRACTOR, SUPERVISOR, AND SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT; CHANGE CONTROL; QUALITY CONTROL; SITE SAFETY; EXECUTIVE REPORT PREPARATION; RISK MANAGEMENT AND MITIGATION DURING CONSTRUCTION; BIM (PREFERRED) FOR INTERFERENCE DETECTION AND MULTIDISCIPLINARY COORDINATION. 2\- SKILL: PLANNING AND ORGANIZATION TO COORDINATE PRE-DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION PHASES REQUIREMENTS: BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING OR ARCHITECTURE; MASTER’S DEGREE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: 10 TO 15 YEARS AGE: 40 TO 55 YEARS WORK HOURS: MONDAY TO THURSDAY, 8:30 AM TO 5:30 PM; FRIDAY, 8:00 AM TO 3:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time, Seasonal Contract Duration: 270 days Salary: $45,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
