Position Summary: We are seeking a Purchasing Manager with experience in construction and installation of steel structures, capable of providing technical leadership with proven on-site experience. Key Highlights: 1. Specialists in the design, fabrication, and installation of steel structures. 2. Experience in procurement of structural steel and specialized services. 3. Strategic negotiation with domestic suppliers and cost control. **PURCHASING MANAGER – STEEL STRUCTURES SECTOR, relocation required to the state of Yucatán; housing support is not provided.** Southeastern Mexico **One structure, one team** — we specialize in the design, fabrication, and installation of steel structures for: * Shopping centers * Industrial warehouses * High-rise buildings * Industrial and government projects We seek a **Purchasing Manager with verifiable experience in the steel structure construction and installation industry**. General purchasing experience is not sufficient. We require technical leadership backed by real on-site experience. **What we need:** * Experience in procurement of structural steel, plates, profiles, structural fasteners, welding consumables, galvanizing, industrial paint, and specialized services. * Direct experience in projects involving **shopping centers, industrial warehouses, and high-rise buildings**. * Concurrent management of multiple construction sites. * Strategic negotiation with domestic suppliers. * Supply planning aligned with fabrication and installation schedules. * Cost control, delivery time management, and specialized logistics. **Desirable experience:** * Projects exceeding 500 tons. * Coordination of procurement for more than two active projects simultaneously. * Experience with companies in the metal construction sector (not retail or mass consumer goods).
