Madero, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Job Description: * Development of procedures, manuals, policies, instructions, infographics, etc., related to the Integrated Management System. * Risk analysis and problem resolution * Tracking of certifications established by the organization*) CTPAT / FIDI * Management of the Quality Management System * Analysis and reporting of results for established KPIs * Handling of client audits, follow-up on complaints or requirements * Preparation of meeting minutes and action plans in Monday system. * Participation with lead auditor in the organization’s internal certifications * Participation in external audits corresponding to the organization’s certifications.
